Nutrigenetics is basically to recognize in what way genetic difference affects response to nutrients. This evidence can be pragmatic to boost health as well as to inhibit diseases. The final aim of nutrigenetics is to offer people with modified nutrition based on their genetic character. Nutrigenomics includes studies about the effects of food components on gene expression for the advances investigation on the discovery and understanding the molecular level relationship between nutrients and other dietary bioactive within the genome
